When the machines were still green... and hair was still long... our operation began in this backyard workshop. Back then, everything was hand made.

In the new, rented production hall... there was now considerably more space available.

An order for five such moulds inspired us... to invest in a CAD/CAM system from the company Cisigraph.

We were finally able to carry out wire erosion ourselves, if “only” with a second-hand AGIE AC 200.

Bavaria's then Prime Minister Stoiber shows great interest in mould-making... and, with us, signed the Golden Book of the city of Königsbrunn.

0001 The second-hand Ingersoll Gantry 800 replaced the three conventional Orion SE 600 and SE 800 sinker eroding machines.
 
0001 With two DMU 80T (one 5-axis version) we significantly upgraded our machining capabilities.

We outgrew our premises again and had to expand. The extension increased the size of our production area and our offices and social areas.  
 
Since dust-free graphite has not yet been developed we invested in an enclosed graphite milling machine - model TVB E-Jet 500.

“Mould inserts from nothing”: with our M1 LaserCusing system from ConceptLaser... we are able to produce mould parts generatively with conformal cooling. With a second 5-axis milling machine, this time a DMU 80 monoBLOCK, we expanded our milling capability.
 
0001 The normal 2-axis alignment and 3-axis simultaneous machining was no longer adequate. Together with Mecadat’s “VISI” we entered absolutely new territory with 5 axis-simultaneous machining.

Entry into automation with a Zimmer+Kreim erosion system. Chameleon at work.

Investment in a TVB E-Jet 550 graphite milling machine for even greater quality at significantly shorter processing times. The DMU 85 monoBLOCK means that our steel milling operation is now totally 5-axis.

Thanks to our new MV2400R wire eroding machine from Mitsubishi, there are no more bottlenecks even in major projects.
